Center for educational service by Neeranat Kaewprasert Rakangthong, PhD, director, and Kanjanatta Chaisriya, PhD, deputy director, organize the overseas field trips for personnel potential development about test operation of Walailak test venue with 2022 academic year during September 27 – October 1, 2022   to study the educational administrative system, teaching and learning innovation, evaluation system, facilities for educational management, conditional management for friendly environment, cooperative formation between the companies and educational institution for education and evaluation with the new normal including the study in society, art, culture and Japanese’s way of life so that the personnel will take the knowledge, advanced technology and acquired experience for educational administrative system development of the unit. The application, especially, is with the admission system and public relations for admission system with new normal. 

        For this field trips, there are 24 educational persons consisting Prof. Sombat Thamrongtanwong, PhD, President and administrators, Asst. Prof. Warit Jaojit, PhD, acting on behalf of Vice-President, Assoc. Prof. Jarun Boonkan, PhD, acting on behalf of Vice-President, Prof. Tawatchai Suppadid, PhD, acting on behalf of Vice-President and Assoc. Prof. Suwit Wutsutimathavi, PhD, acting on behalf of Vice-President and the personnel of Walailak test venue and the test venue about testing and relative personnel to have a study trip for 2 top universities in Japan  consisting Tokyo Institute of Technology or Tokyo tech where is the most famous university for science and technology and it is the biggest university in Japan. It was established in 1881 in Tokyo. Its old name was Tokyo Vocational School as national university and since April in 2004, it was transform into the semi-private university under the new law announced for all nation universities and the second university is Yokohama University of Pharmacy. It is the private university at Tosukaku, Yokohama, Kana-Kawa province in Japan. It was established in 2006.  

        For this field trips, in addition it broadens the group horizon and it helps the university know Walailak University a lot. For the targets of this field trips, Center for educational service expects that the personnel of Walailak test venue and the test venue about testing can take the knowledge and acquired experience to apply the educational administration, teaching management and public relations for the admission to relative the operative policy of education unit and the operation of test center and field to be efficient in the national standard.
