The Center for Educational Services, Walailak University held a meeting to present the work process development (PDCA). Assoc.Prof.Dr. Warit Jawjit, Vice President, overseeing the Center for Educational Services, chaired the meeting, Dr.Neeranat Kaewprasert Rakangthong, Director, Asst.Prof.Dr. Kannattha Chaisriya, Deputy Director, joined as a committee member to analyze the results of the work process development. The meeting was held in the Patthatharmabhorn Meeting Room, 9th Floor, Building B, Walailak University Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the PDCA presentation, each sector will present one work and one individual work. The most interesting work will be selected as the Center for Educational Services’s work to be submitted to the university-level PDCA work process development competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

PDCA is a quality management cycle consisting of four steps: plan, do, check, and act. It is a systematic process for improving organizational performance, with the goals of continuous improvement and problem-solving.<\/span><\/p>\n

P \u2013 Plan Identify and analyze problems. Planning must have explicit goals. This step must be clearly defined to cover the entire process from start to finish. What problems need to be solved? Who are the responsible stakeholders? What is the data collection process? What is the solution process?<\/span><\/p>\n

D \u2013 DO Develop solutions and implement the plan. Once the plan has been set, it is time to implement it to see actual results.<\/span><\/p>\n

C \u2013 Check Evaluate and summarize results. Once the process has reached a certain point, checking whether the plan has resulted in the desired indicators is necessary. According to the indicators, if successful, you can proceed to the final step. However, if you are unsuccessful, you should analyze the data to find the cause of the problem and repeat steps 1-3 until you are successful or pass the set indicators.<\/span><\/p>\n

A \u2013 Act Improve and plan again. If the plan is successful, it is time to apply it to everyone in the organization. This can be done through announcements, meetings, emails, or internal training to create change and achieve new standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the Director said that PDCA is an iterative process, not a one-time success. It is best to build on new plans with the mindset of “it must always be better” and continuously look for new ways to improve and develop the organization.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
