หลักการรักษาด้วยยา โดยศึกษาพยาธิกำเนิด ระบาดวิทยา อาการแสดงทางคลินิก การดำเนินของโรค ความผิดปกติที่พบจากการตรวจร่างกายและการแปลผลทางห้องปฏิบัติการของโรคที่พบบ่อยในโรงพยาบาล โดยเน้นการเลือกใช้ยาให้ถูกต้องและเหมาะสม กับผู้ป่วยเฉพาะราย แนวทางการประเมินและติดตามการตอบสนองต่อยาทั้งประสิทธิภาพและอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากยา โดยครอบคลุม โรคแผลในกระเพาะอาหาร โรคกรดไหลย้อน อาการคลื่นไส้และอาเจียน อุจจาระร่วงและท้องผูก โรคผิวหนัง โรคหอบหืดและโรคถุงลมปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง โรคกระดูกและข้อ ฮอร์โมนและยาคุมกำเนิด โรคเอสแอลอีและโรคเกี่ยวกับ collagen-vascular อื่นๆ ข้ออักเสบรูมาตอยด์ ภาวะภูมิไวเกิน โรคโลหิตจางและความผิดปกติอื่นๆ ในระบบโลหิต
Principle of treatment of diseases through the use of drug, study of pathogenesis, epidemiology, clinical presentation, disease progression, abnormality in physical examination and/or laboratory examination of diseases commonly found in hospital settings, emphasizing appropriate drug selection, monitoring efficacy and safety of drug treatment in peptic ulcer, gastro-esophageal reflux disease, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dermatologic disorder, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bone and joint disorders, hormone and contraceptive, systemic lupus erythematosus and other collagen-vascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, hypersensitivity, anemia and other hematological disorders.
