Course Description รายวิชานี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และหลักการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่ในภาวะการเจ็บป่วยจากความปวด การอักเสบ การติดเชื้อ ระบบภูมิคุ้มกันผิดปกติ การเปลี่ยนแปลงอิเลคโตรไลต์และกรดด่าง มะเร็ง ระบบผิวหนัง ระบบกระดูกและกล้ามเนื้อ ระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ ระบบสืบพันธุ์ ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ และระบบประสาท ทั้งด้านอายุกรรมและศัลยกรรมในระยะเฉียบพลัน เรื้อรัง และวิกฤต โดยการสื่อสาร ประเมินความเสี่ยง ประเมินการตอบสนองของบุคคลและครอบครัวต่อความเจ็บป่วย การวินิจฉัย การรักษา การฟื้นฟู และการบำบัดทางการพยาบาล โดยประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และแนวคิดการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผล เพื่อการจัดการปัญหาสุขภาพให้เกิดความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยและบุคลากรทางสุขภาพ This course emphasizes the concepts, theories, and principles that related to adult nursing in patient with pain, inflammation, infection, immune defiency, fluid and electrolyte imbalance, acid-base imbalance, cancer, skin disease, skeletal and muscular s disease, urinary disease, reproductive disease, endocrine disease, and neurological disease. It’s focus on both medical and surgical problems with acute, chronic, and critical illness. The course focuses on the elements of communication, risk assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and nursing therapeutics. It also gives importance on individual and family response to illness.
