Hi, everyone.Due to the late opening of this class, I am intending for this class to be focused on making you better teachers. I am assuming most of you want to be teachers, and that’s why you’re taking a class called Introduction to English Pedagogy.

You don’t need to print anything right now, but please just familiarize yourself with the course syllabus, materials, and expectations before our first class.

If you’re not planning on or thinking about becoming a teacher, that’s ok, you’re still welcome. Maybe this will be the class that changes your mind and your life. However, be aware that the focus of this class will be on being a teacher. Please take a look at the syllabus and activities and see if this class is right for you.

This class will be a lot of work, but I promise you that it will help you if you are thinking about a career path in education.
