The introduction of the Center for Educational Services

The Center for Educational Services is the organization which stands to service students processes since the admission system until complete the degree. Our work focuses on network system and the modern technology that facilitate success for students and the organization which relevant to university office.

The service systems and partners working together have 6 departments.

• Admission department
  We have a duty to guide the admission requirements for undergraduate - students through admission strategy and TCAS system that enables them to gain admission to the university. In addition, we organize the investigates all the documents processes and promote the program to gain better access to information and university pathways.
• Registration department
  We have a duty about acedemic registration system, student profile, academic qualifications, certificates and include educational attainment.
• Teaching and examination support department
  We are responsible for scheduling tasks, arranging the processes for examination, manage availabilities for lectures teaching, booking a lecture room including supporting students taking classes.
• Data processing department
  We manage the data analysis on study results and quizzes by WAC OMR service, grade and data collection. Moreover, we classify students condition notify the academic results to parents.
• System analyst and Information department
  We have a duty as being the administrator for educational systems, analysis the educational data, update the information and improve technology systems of the Center for Educational Services.
• General Administration
  We are responsible for coordination with relevant into university office. Moreover, we work as the accounting subdivision, the finance subdivision, the monitoring and the evaluation subdivision.
