Mr. Thanachai Laolumpuk Wins Silver Medal in E-FOOTBALL at the 41st Thailand University Staff Games “Tumpang Games”

On May 6, 2025, Mr. Thanachai Lhaolumpuk, an officer from the Center for Educational Services at Walailak University, brought pride to his department and university by winning a silver medal in the E-SPORT E-FOOTBALL category during the 41st Thailand University Staff Games, known as the “Tumpang Games,” which is being hosted this year by Walailak University.

The E-FOOTBALL competition, part of the E-SPORT category, drew significant interest from university personnel across the country. The tournament utilized a certified football gaming platform to test participants’ skills in strategy, game control, and decision-making in dynamic scenarios.

Mr. Thanachai showcased exceptional performance throughout the intense and competitive matches, defeating opponents from multiple institutions to reach the final round and ultimately secure the silver medal. His achievement was met with enthusiastic cheers and support from colleagues and spectators at the venue.

This victory not only highlights his athletic abilities but also reflects the strength and potential of Walailak University staff, demonstrating how personnel can achieve national-level success. This year’s “Tumpang Games” features 17 sports, including emerging events like E-SPORT, which is increasingly popular among younger staff.
