On May 6, 2026, the Center for Educational Services, Walailak University introduced the **WU Smart Tracking** system to parents during the **Parent Meeting for the 2026 Academic Year**. On this occasion, **Assistant Professor Dr. Neeranat Kaewprasert Rakangthong**, Director of the Center for Educational Services, assigned staff members from the Center to represent the unit in introducing the system through an instructional video. The video was presented to parents attending the meeting in various conference rooms across the university.
\WU Smart Tracking is a system developed to facilitate parents in accessing important student information through the **Line OA WU Smart Tracking** platform. The system allows parents to conveniently and quickly access up-to-date information, including today’s class schedule, payment status, academic results, university news, student profile, and the parent handbook.
The introduction of the WU Smart Tracking system reflects the commitment of the Center for Educational Services, Walailak University, to developing modern, accessible, and responsive educational services that meet the needs of students and parents. The system also helps strengthen collaboration among the university, parents, and students in supporting students toward academic success and quality learning outcomes.
